01. Returns
We accept returns on eligible products within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
- A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number or invoice) must be provided
If your return is accepted, we’ll guide you through the process of sending the product back to us.
02. Non-Returnable Items
he following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Used or washed pillows
- Products without original packaging
- Custom or clearance items marked as “Final Sale”
03. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days
- Refunds do not include original shipping charges unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item
04. Exchanges
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we’ll gladly offer a free exchange or replacement. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
